Flourless Chocolate Cake
This is the slightly embarrassed winner of a bake-off, which was part of a fundraiser that I organized. I only baked because I was afraid we wouldn't have enough entries. But then my cake won the gluten free category. It had 2 sticks of butter, 5 eggs, and 1 1/2 cups of chocolate. It was damn good.
